Refund policy
Active Courses:
Once the course begins, we are unable to provide any refunds, including partial refunds.
Cancellation outside 30 Days:
For cancellations made more than 30 calendar days prior to the course start date, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation within 30 Days:
We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If a student finds it necessary to cancel enrollment within 30 days of the course start date, we’d like to provide clarity about our policy.
For students who have already received course materials (books, labs, practice exams etc.), these cannot be refunded due to the inability to return them to the vendor. In short, any refunds within 30-days will be less these non-refundable materials ($800-$1,000 depending on the course).
In the event that a student decides to take the same course again at a later date, they should contact us as we may be able to issue a credit for the non-refundable materials if they are still being used for that course. Note that all vendor provided materials expire within 12-months of issuance.
Concerns and Resolutions:
In the event a student has concerns while attending an active course, we will make every effort to address and resolve those concerns. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the student will be offered a credit toward any other future course, minus any non-refundable course material costs incurred.
Exam Results:
Failing any or all exams within a course does not warrant a refund. We want to clarify that we cannot provide any guarantees, whether verbal or written, that a student will pass any exam.

Exam Retake Voucher Policy
As part of our unwavering commitment to your success, an optional exam retake voucher is available to students who do not pass the exam on their first attempt.
However, to take advantage of this offer, the following conditions apply:
- Your first exam attempt must be taken within 30-days of having successfully completed the corresponding course. The further away from the material you get, the more difficult it becomes to remember core concepts and the training you received. This exponentially decreases your odds of successfully passing the exam on your first attempt.
- You must send us a copy of your exam failure report within 30-days of failure for verification. Please send this to document to: [email protected]
- Re-take vouchers are not provided to students who successfully pass the exam on their first attempt.
- Both the primary and re-take vouchers are non-transferrable, and are not refundable.
Please note, all vouchers expire within 12-months after issuance. For exams that are being retired, all vouchers must be redeemed/used prior to the exam retirement date. This may result in less than 12-months of time to redeem.

Run Guarantee Policy
Part of our strong commitment to your success is our “Guaranteed to Run” promise. We understand how tough it can be to plan, coordinate schedules, and find time for training in your busy life. We’ll do our best to make sure any courses marked as “Guaranteed to Run” won’t be canceled. However, the following reasonable terms and conditions apply:
Instructor Availability: We promise to run every ‘Guaranteed to Run’ course, except when the instructor faces a serious issue, like hospitalization. In situations like this, every effort will be made to coordinate with another instructor prior to rescheduling the course.
Unforeseen Circumstances: While rare, if something unexpected like a natural disaster occurs, the course may need to be rescheduled. But don’t worry, we’ll make it right and get you back on track.
If a reschedule is necessary: In the unlikely event that a course needs to be re-scheduled, you will be given 2 options:
- To be moved into the same course at a future start date, or
- A “Cancellation within 30 Days” refund may be issued. Please see our refund policy above for more details.
